even to his partners in crime. Victoria Poten, The Jade Dragon, third
generation Eurasian crime boss whose personal goals of crime often place her at
odds with her Continent-Eight partners. Horst Sterling Rosefeld, the mysterious
and powerful leader of the Church of Nihilism, dedicated to the destruction of
